How to make Rilakkuma cafe's Chocolate Cookies
Ingredients:
- 200g of butter
- 2 eggs
- 200g of chocolate
- 400g of flour
- 150g of sugar
- Coco Powder(as much as you'd like )
Steps::
- Beat butter until creamy
- Beat eggs
- Add 10 heaping tablespoons of sugar
- Sift flour into bowl
- Add coco powder
- Add crushed chocolate into mixture
- Stir
- Form dough into Rilakkuna's head with hand
- Then bake in pre heated oven and 170 degrees C for 20 min
- Enjoy :)
